TERMS
Net 30 days from date of invoice.
Minimum order is $25.00.
Any cash discount agreed to by Seller shall apply only to the base sales price of the merchandise and not to charges for taxes, crating, storage, loading or transportation. UNAUTHORIZED DEDUCTIONS ARE NOT PERMITTED
To facilitate ordering, furnish PART NUMBER with DESCRIPTION, MODEL and SERIAL NUMBER of unit.
Specify type of liquid (Glycol etc.) and/or electrical characteristics (Voltage and Phase).
FREIGHT
F.O.B. Plant, Mundelein, IL. 60060
Unless specified, we will endeavor to ship the least expensive way. We ship most orders by Fed Ex. If the weight or size of order prohibits shipping by Fed Ex, the customer will be notified of an alternate shipping method. All transportation charges will be added to invoice.
A $10.00 handling fee per box will be added for express shipments a $7.50 handling charge is added to all COD and regular UPS orders. Please note UPS will not deliver to a P.O. Box, a physical address must be supplied.
FREIGHT DAMAGE
Please note that your order was carefully inspected and packed by skilled personnel before leaving the factory. The transportation company assumed full responsibility for safe delivery upon acceptance of this shipment.
In cases of freight damage, call this to the attention of carrier and make note of damages delivery receipt, and signed by person making delivery, before accepting shipment. File claim for damages with the freight company immediately. In cases of concealed damage, save all packaging, immediately notify carrier of your findings and intention to file claim. All orders for replacement parts due to freight damage will be invoiced under our regular terms. Any reimbursement or credit must come from the freight company.
RETURNS
Merchandise may be returned within 30 days of invoice date only with the prior approval of Seller. Returned items must have Seller's invoice number and a returned goods authorization number clearly indicted on outside of package. (Freight prepaid to the factory.) All returns will be charged a twenty percent (20%) restocking fee expense plus any reconditioning expense. All returns are subject to thorough inspection. In order to receive credit, the returned item must be complete, unused, and in resalable condition unless the product is determined to be defective.
IMPORTANT: Special merchandise built to Buyer's specifications may not be returned.
WARRANTY
All replacement parts are guaranteed to be free of defects of material or workmanship for 90 days. Parts found defective within this period may be exchanged at the factory without charge. The Satellite Cooling Company will not be responsible for labor charges, transportation charges, or product damage incidental to replacements. Glass breakage is not covered under terms of this warranty.
This warranty applies to all parts installed in accordance with the manufacturer's directions.
All warranty claims must be accompanied by: 1) Name and address of owner. 2) Description, model number and serial number of the Satellite Cooling product. 3) Installation date. 4) Complete description of defect and copy of invoice part replacement.
Claims without this information will not be honored. The Satellite Cooling Company shall have sole discretion as to cause and nature of defect and disposition of same.
